Xinzhong’s leadership has been changed, the former General Director Mr. Shao Xingmao and former Party Secretary Mr. Cao Bingliang retired in December 2013, meanwhile, the former Vice Director Mr. Xiong Chengjian became the new General Director and former Vice Director Mr. Zhou Jianguo became the new Party Secretary.
