Via on site test, when the machine cut the 180 * 1260 mm casting product, one torch only cost 176 seconds, except the cutting stop time of driving roller, the cutting speed reached 450m/min, which achieved the imported machine level.
Based on the above mentioned facts, we think this machine design is successful, and it’s reliable during running process. Some performances has exceed the imported 1# cutting machine of our factory, it’s trustworthy machine and it can replace imported cutting machine completely.
